FLY MOV Shipping Policies

All our products will be delivered through shipping or courier companies. We work with Chilexpress for now.
  • Once the order is placed, our team will manage it the next business day, this means, for example, if you buy on a Thursday, shipping will take place on Friday and from this day you must begin counting the business days of dispatch.
Regarding the standard shipping time period, we consider the following:
  • Metropolitan Region between 3-4 business days.
  • Other regions, between 2-7 business days
  • Extremes (Regions of; Aysen, Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta and Magallanes) may take more than 7 business days.
In times of special events, such as Cyberday, Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, among others, the deadline may be extended to a delivery time of 10 business days.
As a business day we must consider Monday to Friday
If the order does not arrive within the aforementioned times, please contact us at our email indicating the order number to review what happened with the shipment.
If the shipping address was entered incorrectly, you must contact us at our email informing us of a change of address. If we have shipped the shipment before, the shipping time will increase.
